That’s why we created the ONELIFE Resident Referral Program — a simple way to thank residents and families for sharing their positive experiences.

💛 How the ONELIFE Referral Program Works

If you refer a friend or family member to any ONELIFE Senior Living community and they:

Choose an ONELIFE community
Move in
Reside for 30 days

You’ll receive a rent credit as a thank you.

💵 Referral Rewards

Refer 1 Friend → $1,000 Rent Credit
Refer 2 Friends → $2,000 Rent Credit
Refer 3 Friends → $3,000 Rent Credit

There is no cap on referrals.

The more friends and family you refer, the more you can earn.

How to Submit a Referral

Submitting a referral is simple:

Complete the referral form provided by your community.
The form can be submitted by you or by the person being referred.
You may also contact your community team directly.
Once the new resident has lived in the community for 30 days, we’ll confirm and apply your rent credit.

Please note: Residents utilizing Medicaid as their primary form of payment are not eligible for the referral bonus at this time.
