With over two decades of experience in the Senior Living Industry, Dan is a seasoned professional known for his significant contributions to the development and management of numerous communities. His expertise spans the creation of over 30 ground-up communities, direct leadership for more than 100 stabilized communities, and successful oversight of multiple turnaround projects, showcasing his capability to navigate complex challenges and achieve positive results.
Dan’s leadership has been instrumental in the expansion of two senior living organizations. He scaled one company from 5 to 21 communities within three years through strategic mergers, acquisitions, and development, and helped another grow from 19 to 35 communities, providing stability and strategic planning. Recognized as an industry expert, Dan is an active member of prominent organizations and a frequent speaker and contributor to industry publications.

Zack Falk’s journey in senior living began humbly in a minimum-wage cooking position at a small memory care facility. With dedication and a hands-on approach, he worked his way through various roles, gaining deep operational knowledge of the industry. Years later, he founded ONELIFE Senior Living, taking on the challenge of revitalizing a struggling property acquired out of receivership. Under his leadership, the company expanded from 86 to over 1,600 units within a decade, driven by strategic reinvestment and a focus on internal, organic growth.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Zack assumed the role of CEO to guide ONELIFE through the crisis, prioritizing resident safety, team well-being, and financial stability by bringing operations back in-house. With ONELIFE now on a steady growth trajectory, Zack remains committed to advancing the company’s success. A graduate of Vanguard University with a degree in Business Administration, Zack currently resides in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and two sons.

With a lifelong connection to senior care and a career grounded in community medicine, Dr. Gregory Falk helps carry forward the Falk family’s multi-generational commitment to serving older adults through ONELIFE Senior Living. ONELIFE’s roots trace back to 1962, when Dr. Falk’s father, Dr. Rollin Falk, built a Senior Residence alongside his medical practice in Canyonville.
After completing medical training, Dr. Falk returned to Canyonville in 1983 to practice medicine and continue the family’s legacy of caring for seniors. Beginning in the 1990s, he expanded that commitment by investing in senior care communities across the country, experience that helped shape ONELIFE’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
Today, Dr. Falk remains a partner in ONELIFE, supporting the organization’s steady, purpose-driven expansion while keeping the focus where it belongs: quality care, strong teams, and communities where residents can live healthy, meaningful lives.

Chris Lansing serves as Chief Financial Officer at ONELIFE Senior Living, bringing more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business operations. He began his career in public accounting, earning his Certified Public Accountant license in 2000, and developed broad expertise in individual and entity taxation, estate planning, financial analysis, auditing, and business valuation.
After transitioning into private industry, Chris helped lead the growth of a construction company from fewer than 10 employees to more than 120, contributing to annual revenues exceeding $20 million. During that time, he oversaw finance, human resources, marketing, and customer service operations, while also helping develop a high-performing company culture that supported long-term growth and success.
A longtime colleague and friend of Dr. Greg Falk, Chris later joined ONELIFE Senior Living to help support the organization’s continued expansion and operational strength. Today, he plays an important role in guiding the company’s financial strategy and supporting the long-term vision and growth of ONELIFE.

Her success led to her promotion as Regional Director of Operations, where she managed multiple facilities and drove their growth and success through strategic planning and effective management.
Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at ONELIFE, Laurie is known for her ability to identify and revitalize underperforming communities. With her extensive expertise and turnaround strategies, she has consistently delivered impressive results, returning struggling communities to profitability and excellence. Laurie’s commitment to serving residents and her exceptional leadership continue to make her a key contributor to ONELIFE and a highly respected leader in the industry.

Lesley brings over 30 years of experience in Senior Living to ONELIFE, starting her career with a college internship and never looking back. As Senior VP of Sales and Marketing, she leads her team in developing sales strategies and marketing plans for ONELIFE communities. Her primary role is to boost occupancy by helping community teams connect with families and locations that would benefit from ONELIFE’s services and support.
With past roles as VP of Sales and Marketing for two Pacific Northwest senior living organizations and Director of Training for a national placement agency, Lesley also has extensive experience as Director of Start-up for a growing regional provider. This background gives her deep insight into opening, operating, and scaling growth, having launched more than 50 communities across 23 states. She holds a BA in Business with a Marketing concentration from Pacific Lutheran University. In her free time, Lesley enjoys the outdoors with her family and animals on their farm in Northern Idaho, spending time outdoors with her husband, two children, and a menagerie of animals.

Cyndie’s passion for caregiving and healthcare began early, volunteering at a nursing home at just 11 years old and becoming a candy striper by 14. By 20, she achieved her dream of becoming a nurse, launching a career that has spanned hospitals, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and over 25 years in assisted living and memory care. Her dedication to excellence is evident through her leadership as a Director of Nursing Services, earning multiple deficiency-free surveys throughout her career.
Born and raised in Longview, WA, Cyndie now shares her time between her hometown and Arizona, where she has lived for the past eight years. Married to her childhood sweetheart for over 40 years, she’s a proud mom of two daughters and grandma to her 10-year-old granddaughter, Clover, with whom she loves gardening and baking. Though she briefly retired in 2024, her passion for caregiving brought her back, and we are thrilled to have her expertise and dedication on our team.

As a project manager, Vanessa has spearheaded several turnarounds in distressed acquisitions, showcasing her exceptional expertise.
Vanessa’s career began as a spend management consultant for the Oregon Healthcare Association, where she quickly developed a deep understanding of senior living. Her passion for the field truly ignited through direct involvement with Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, where she found immense satisfaction in supporting residents, their families, and staff. As Vice President of Administration at OneLife Senior Living, Vanessa plays a crucial role in operational support and significantly influences the Leadership Team, fostering a positive organizational culture that promotes growth and excellence.

After stepping away to raise her four daughters, she rejoined the workforce and steadily advanced from Sales Manager to Executive Director. Her career reflects hard work, dedication, and a passion for making a difference in senior living communities.
Laura is deeply committed to mentoring others and fostering community growth. She specializes in team training, census growth, financial stability, and navigating state regulations to drive positive change. With her extensive knowledge and proven leadership skills, Laura has a strong track record of transforming and revitalizing senior living communities.

Tom joined ONELIFE Senior Living in 2024 as the Director of Asset Management. In this role, he partners closely with Executive Directors and Maintenance Directors across the organization to support training, oversee warranty and asset information, guide vendor selection, troubleshoot complex issues, and assist with construction projects and planning.
With more than 20 years of experience in senior living—spanning Asset Management, operations, and other leadership roles—Tom brings a deep understanding of both the physical plant and the regulatory environment. His background in residential and commercial design, construction, and mechanical repair gives him a well-rounded perspective that strengthens every community he supports.
Tom is known for his detail-oriented approach and his commitment to maintaining communities that are safe, compliant, and visually welcoming. He believes that the environments we create should reflect love, dignity, and respect for the seniors and families we serve. “This is not just a workplace—it’s home to our Residents.”
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their blended family of eight children. He loves camping, motorcycle riding, dirt biking, fishing, hiking, and hands-on projects like working on cars, motorcycles, and home renovations. Tom approaches life with curiosity and humility, saying, “I’m always learning—from co-workers, friends, family, and anyone willing to share their knowledge. I hope to learn just as much from others as they learn from me.”

Before joining ONELIFE, Brian spent several years working with a senior living operator in the Pacific Northwest, where he advanced through multiple finance and analytics roles, gaining experience in
financial modeling, operational reporting, budgeting, and data analysis. His background includes developing reporting tools and insights that help support both community operations and executive leadership.
Brian earned degrees in Business and Finance from Oregon State University and Portland State University. He enjoys solving complex challenges, improving processes, and helping organizations make informed, strategic decisions.

Brandon, a committed Christian, is passionate about being a positive, personal, and relational force within the Senior Living industry, with a strong belief in the importance of meaningful, people-first service in a field that often lacks niche, industry-specific IT guidance.
Before entering the Senior Living space, Brandon immersed himself in cybersecurity theory, ethical hacking, and computer hardware design. His passion for technology ultimately led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fort Hays State University, where he studied and conducted undergraduate research in a range of topics, including advanced algorithms, complex computer theory, and system analysis.
Concurrently with his degree, Brandon began his professional career by forming the IT department for a newly launched Senior Living management company, Ally Senior Living, now ONELIFE Senior Living, where he continues to serve as Director of Information Technology.
In his spare time, Brandon loves spending time with his wife and enjoys pursuing independent research in theoretical quantum computing, exercising, cooking new recipes, traveling, and, most importantly, studying God’s Word.

Before joining ONELIFE, Cam spent more than 15 years working in collegiate athletics, overseeing creative media, social media, and video technology operations at programs including Oregon State and San José State.
At ONELIFE, Cam focuses on helping communities connect with families through authentic storytelling, digital engagement, and meaningful online content. He works closely with executive leadership and community teams to support brand growth, strengthen communication, and showcase the people and culture behind ONELIFE communities.

She is especially passionate about purpose-driven marketing that helps showcase the unique culture, stories, and people behind each community.
Lory has worked in senior living for more than two years and finds the most rewarding part of her work is partnering with community teams to help families connect with the right resources and services while highlighting the meaningful moments happening every day within ONELIFE communities.
Outside of work, Lory enjoys gardening, volunteering at her church, and supporting outreach efforts that make a positive impact in her community.

His background includes supporting enterprise IT operations within higher education and government-affiliated organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, along with CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, as well as additional certifications in cybersecurity, design, and web development.
Ian enjoys solving complex technical challenges and implementing practical solutions that improve day-to-day operations for both staff and residents. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring national parks and museums, hiking, and playing the French horn.

She has held leadership roles as both a licensed Florida Administrator and Business Office Manager, building a strong background in operational and financial processes within senior living communities.
Before transitioning into senior living, La Raye worked as a Medical Office Manager, further strengthening her expertise in organization, compliance, and financial administration. At ONELIFE, she specializes in Medicaid, payroll, and resident billing, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and supporting both community teams and resident families.
La Raye is passionate about helping others and enjoys creating positive experiences for residents, families, and staff alike. She currently lives in Florida with her husband, Larry, and enjoys spending time with their family, especially their two grandsons, Bo and Garrett. A self-described Disney enthusiast, La Raye loves anything that brings a little extra magic to life.
