My mom has lived at Waterhouse for the past 9 months. She is receiving compassionate and attentive care from the dedicated staff of caregivers. Our family feels she is in a safe and nurturing environment. The activities and enrichment provided are excellent, especially made fun by activities leader Diana. A full day of hands-on games, crafts, and mental and physical activities with weekly live entertainment makes this place different than other memory care facilities. Waterhouse has made big strides in hiring quality staff in key positions in the past 6 months and positive changes are evident. Memory care is a challenging environment to manage and lead, and it’s not going to be perfect, but there is passion and commitment amongst the employees. I confidently recommend that you come take a tour when looking for a home for your loved one.
