Our Story
1962
It all started with ONE vision. Dr. Rollin Falk built Forest Glen Senior Residence, a six-story community in Canyonville, Oregon, next to his doctor’s office. This marked the beginning of a family legacy rooted in senior care.
1983
After completing medical school, Dr. Greg Falk returned to Canyonville in 1983 to work alongside his father in the family medical practice. While running the family practice, Greg expanded their senior living legacy by becoming an investor in senior care communities across the country in the 1990s.
1990s
Throughout the 1990s, Dr. Greg Falk played a key role as an investor, contributing to the growth and development of senior care communities nationwide. His passion for senior living inspired the next generation of the Falk family.
2000s
In the early 2000s, Dan Williams took his first steps into senior living by living and working in a 110-apartment senior living community in Montgomery, Alabama. Dan discovered his passion for supporting older adults and their families, which led him to develop over 30 new communities and provide direct leadership for more than 100 stabilized communities.
Meanwhile, Zack Falk, exposed to senior living throughout his life, sought to understand the industry from the ground up. He returned to Canyonville and worked as a cook in a 52-bed memory care community, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of operations.
2009
Zack Falk founded ONELIFE in 2009, bringing together a carefully curated operations team with a mission to foster creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The goal was to create a dynamic environment for staff that promoted residents’ well-being, independence, and quality of life.
2023
In 2023, ONELIFE Senior Living and Ally Senior Living united to combine their expertise, resources, and passion for senior care. Together, they aim to better support the communities and teams they represent, continuing their shared mission of improving the lives of older adults.
