How the ONELIFE Referral Program Works
Referring someone to an ONELIFE community is easy:
1. Refer a friend or family member to an ONELIFE Senior Living community.
2. Complete the online resident referral form so your community can record the referral.
3. Your referral chooses an ONELIFE community and moves in.
4. After the new resident has lived in the community for 30 days, the team will confirm your reward and apply the eligible rent credit.
You’ll receive a rent credit as our way of saying thank you.
Referral Rewards
- Refer 1 friend: $1,000 rent credit
- Refer 2 friends: $2,000 rent credit
- Refer 3 friends: $3,000 rent credit
There is no cap on referrals. The more friends and family members you refer, the more rent credit you can earn.

How to Submit a Referral
Submitting a referral is quick and easy:
1. Open the ONELIFE Senior Living Resident Referral Form
2. Enter your name and contact information.
3. Select your ONELIFE community.
4. Provide the prospective resident’s information.
5. Submit the form.
Your community team may contact you or the person you referred for additional information. Once the referred resident moves in and has lived in the community for 30 days, the team will confirm eligibility and apply the appropriate rent credit.
Please submit the referral form as early as possible so the community can properly record and verify your referral.
*Respite stays are not eligible for referral rent credits.
Please note: Residents utilizing Medicaid as their primary form of payment are not eligible for the referral bonus program at this time. Additional eligibility requirements may apply. Contact your community team with questions.
