Join Shadow Mountain Memory Care as we come together for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Phoenix.

The walk begins at 9:00 AM at Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza. Residents, families, friends, team members, and community supporters are invited to join us as we walk in support of those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
