Join The Reserve at Fountaingrove Memory Care as we come together for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park.

The opening ceremony begins at 9:30 AM, followed by the walk at 10:00 AM. Residents, families, friends, team members, and community supporters are invited to join us as we walk in support of those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
