Vineyard management and staff are truly first rate. The care is amazing. They are so kind and patient even in stressful situations. Always smiling and calling residents by their first name. Very respectful. The food is very good, well balanced, and appetizing. The place is full of light because of the numerous windows. The resident rooms are spacious with large safe bathrooms. The inside patio delightful on days that are not so hot. The residents seem happy and content. My partner has been there now a year and has acclimated very nicely. This facility is is by far one of the best communities in town that I’ve visited. I’ve been in this specific community to serve patients on hospice care and the communication with the healthcare team has always been so smooth and seamless in regards to patient care and what the team may need from me or vice versa. The staff are always so friendly and professional. I am always greeted with smiles and kind gestures. Markita is a caregiver who is devoted to providing personalized quality care to all residents in a safe manner. She truly has a knack for caring for the residents like one of her own loved ones. It’s obvious the nurse, Dana is very compassionate about her role and plays a major part in making sure residents are taken care round the clock. She has always been very supportive and helpful when it comes to collaborating care routines to better the resident. Vineyard Henderson makes my job easy. I truly love coming to this facility to care for my patients.

I've had experience in assisted living & memory care in the Vegas Valley for almost 20 years (being a licensed facility administrator for most of that time). The Vineyard Henderson Memory Care community stands out not just in its beautiful & welcoming aesthetics, but the overall feel you get from a community when the team really enjoys what they do and truly cares about their residents. I would say Vineyard is the best Memory Care Community in Las Vegas! Vineyard is a wonderful place where residents can enjoy many Activities. The community is very clean and comfortable! the staff is always friendly and helpful. they treat their residents with dignity and respect. The Care Services Director is very passionate about her job, she is always making sure residents are well taking care of.

The memory care provided at Vineyard is outstanding! My spouse has been a resident for two years as of June 2023; he is very happy there, as am I! The Care Staff are sensitive, caring, kind, and equally as important, most efficient. All of my concerns have always been met with cooperation, solutions, kindness, and professionalism from Care Staff and Management. The Facility is beautiful, clean, and joyful; music plays daily, this is so important for residents. The menu provided to residents is nutritionally balanced and varied; I always review it on my visits. Vineyard is the most perfect place for my spouse!
