The Esther was designed to accommodate seniors who take pride in their independence yet still may require some assistance with their activities of daily life. Fourteen different senior living apartment floor plans are available to meet a variety of budgets and personal preferences. Some details of The Esther’s assisted living apartments include: Studios, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom apartments; large, cheerful windows with relaxing views; abundant storage; stainless steel appliances with refrigerators and microwaves; some apartments provide built-in bookshelves; Floor Plans as large as 1,010 square feet. The community is located in the Riverbend area of Springfield, and is in close proximity to I-5 and PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Hospital. The University of Oregon “Home of The Ducks” is also a popular landmark visitors will be familiar with. Springfield has never seen senior living quite like The Esther.
