Join The Laurel at Vernon Hills Memory Care as we come together for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Libertyville, Illinois.

The event begins with an opening ceremony at 10:00 AM, followed by the walk at 10:30 AM at Independence Grove Forest Preserve. Families, friends, team members, and community supporters are invited to walk alongside us in support of those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
